About Saleswhale

Saleswhale (YC S16) is an automated sales development assistant that helps businesses re-engage stale & cold leads. We engage these leads in two way conversation using human-assisted AI, qualify them & request for more information - then hand off these hot leads to human sales teams.

Our mission is to make machine-to-human interaction over written mediums such as email, indistinguishable from human-to-human interaction.

We are one of the few lucky Singaporean companies to have gone through the Y Combinator program (S16), and we have raised US$1.2 million in seed venture funding from top Silicon Valley and Singapore investors.


Customer Success Manager

At Saleswhale, you will be joining an experienced team that will help you develop your career in the software industry. You will work on a small team and solve tough, real problems for customers from all around the world. We promote from within, and provide a wide range of opportunities to expand into other roles at Saleswhale.

You will be responsible for driving customer growth, adoption and success with Saleswhale. Your job includes onboarding customers, working cross-functionally with the engineering and sales team, and proactively managing each customer's successful implementation. You should also be comfortable consulting mid-market and enterprise customers from a range of industries.

About You

  • Creative, quick-thinking and relentlessly resourceful - able to marshall resources both internally and externally to drive success for the customer
  • Outstanding command of the English language - written and spoken. Able to communicate succinctly and clearly, both over the phone and email
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Bonus if you have experience in a related customer success / account management role
